AXA XL’s North America marine insurance business is adding to its inland marine coverage with a new contractor’s equipment product.

AXA XL’s contractor’s equipment product includes 33 additional/new coverages, addressing areas such as drones, necessary repairs, newly acquired covered property, property while underwater, rigger’s legal liability and void service contract of warranty.

Mike Perrotti, Inland Marine Practice Leader for Marine in North America, said in prepared remarks that the new endorsements include inflation protection, equipment rental and sales and equipment breakdown.

AXA XL’s Global Marine business provides insurance for clients with special coverage needs for their marine exposures, including Inland Marine, Ocean Cargo, Blue and Brown Water Hull, P&I, and Excess and Primary Marine Liabilities.

Everest Insurance is rolling out Alpine Insurance, a revamped version of its Multinational coverage form.

Everest Alpine Insurance is designed to provide clients with international exposures any combination of the following six lines of coverage: General Liability, Contingent Auto Liability, Business Travel Accident, Foreign Voluntary Workers’ Compensation, Kidnap/Ransom/Extortion, and Commercial Property.

Enhancements to the Everest Alpine Insurance form include expanded coverage for Business Travel Accident and Kidnap, Ransom, and Extortion coverages, as well as new enhancements for Educational, Manufacturing and Business Services accounts, Everest said.
