Hamilton Insurance Group, Ltd. announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed underwritten initial public offering of its common shares.

Hamilton Insurance Group, Ltd. is a Bermuda-headquartered company that underwrites specialty insurance and reinsurance risks on a global basis through its wholly owned subsidiaries.

Hamilton intends to apply to list the common shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “HG”.

The number of common shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The common shares to be offered and sold in the proposed offering are expected to be offered by the Company and certain selling shareholders.

The initial public offering is subject to market and other conditions.

Barclays and Morgan Stanley are acting as Joint Lead Bookrunning Managers for the proposed offering.

The offering will be made only by means of a prospectus. When available, copies of the preliminary prospectus relating to the proposed offering may be obtained from Barclays Capital Inc.
