Linda Dodson is the Chief Experience Officer for AVYST, a technology company dedicated to providing agents, companies and MGA/wholesalers with streamlined workflow solutions. During her 30-plus years in insurance, Dodson has helped implement new marketing and technology systems for major carriers, including Travelers and Chubb. She has been active in ACORD, ACT, AUGIE, IVANS, PIA and IIABA. In addition, she has received several ACORD innovation awards and Applied Systems’ Butterfly Award for interface leadership and innovation.
