Daniel Carr is head of Cyber at Ariel Re. Carr is a recognized leader in the cyber re/insurance and cyber security industry, having previously led a highly profitable and respected London market MGA, and worked at a top-quartile Lloyd’s syndicate (AEGIS London). Prior to entering the insurance sector, Carr worked for BAE Systems as a principal security consultant advising international governments, intelligence agencies and critical national infrastructure on their cyber security sectors and academia. Carr developed extensive technical cyber expertise in his role at the UK Ministry of Defence.
