The corrected headline is “CapSpecialty’s Sills: InsurTechs Won’t Disrupt Small Biz Insurance Brokers.”

The article was originally published in October 2017 under a different title, “Channeling Disruption: Why Underwriters Need to Rally Around Small Biz Insurance Brokers.”
