Travelers’ European arm named a new head of its wholly owned platform in the Lloyd’s insurance market. A former Liberty Mutual executive is Ironshore Inc.’s new Branch Executive for the Dallas region.

Travelers Europe today appointed Nick Rnjak to lead Travelers Syndicate Management Limited, its wholly owned platform in the Lloyd’s insurance market.
Previously, Rnjak served as chief underwriting officer for Travelers Syndicate, and he will continue to focus on expanding its industry sector expertise and building relationships with brokers at Lloyd’s in his new role. Rnjak will report to Travelers Europe Chief Executive Officer Matthew Wilson.
Rnjak has more than 40 years of industry experience in the London market. Before joining Travelers in 2007, he held a number of underwriting leadership roles at ACE, Gerling, Cox Syndicate and HSB.
Travelers has operated in Europe for decades in both the general insurance market and through Lloyd’s.

Ironshore Inc. made Richard Yeoman its new Branch Executive for the Dallas region, effective January 2018.
Yeoman takes over from Ben Johnson, who is pursuing a new opportunity within the organization. Yeoman will lead the marketing and distribution efforts for the Dallas market, reporting to Ron Gleason, regional executive for the South Central region.
Previously, Yeoman was with Liberty Mutual’s Middle Market unit, where he was a commercial lines underwriting manager. He began his professional career at Liberty in 2005, participating in a rotational development program for underwriting and claims processes. He then served as a commercial underwriting manager for Liberty in Portland, Ore., and in Richardson, Texas.
