Joe Clabaugh is Service Manager at The Cincinnati Insurance Company in Fairfield, Ohio, and Chairman of the Board of NetVU (Network of Vertafore Users). He became an at-large member of NetVU’s board in 2016 after a 2015 bylaws change extending NetVU membership to all users of Vertafore products including carriers. At Cincinnati, Clabaugh has spent his 31-year career focused on exceptional customer service. After roles as claims adjuster, service desk analyst and field analyst, he currently leads the agency service desk, the company’s Agency Technology Services Team and Cincinnati’s Agent Information Technology Council.
