XL Group is appointing an Ambac Financial Group executive as its new Director of Investor Relations.

Xl CatlinAbbe Goldstein will take on the new position after XL’s current investor relations director, David Radulski, retires on March 31, 2017. Goldstein will report to XL Chief Financial Officer Pete Porrino and be based in Stamford, Conn.

Goldstein has more than 25 years of experience in investor relations in both the financial services and consumer goods sectors. Currently, she is Ambac’s Managing Director, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications.

Chubb promoted Graham Lambourne to become its next head of Multinational Claims for Overseas General Insurance.

Chubb-loogo-colors-300x190Lambourne, currently Chubb’s Global Clients Claims manager, Europe, will handle additional refining and enhancing of Chubb’s multinational claims capability. To accomplish this, he’ll work with colleagues in North America, Latin America Asia Pacific and Europe. Job tasks include developing new multinational reporting tools, and supporting the continued development of Worldview, Chubb’s web-based platform that lets clients manage their multinational programs in real time.

Lambourne, whose appointment is effective immediately, has more than 30 years of insurance claims experience and joined Chubb in 2015. He also held various senior claims positions with AIG and the XL Group.

Lambourne succeeds Graham Chesman, who is set to retire at the end of 2016. He’ll be based in London and report to Simon Priebbenow, Chubb’s vice president, Claims Service Development.
