Debuting in Germany in November, Aon recently launched Aon Claims Copilot, aiming to enhance claims outcomes of clients of the professional service firm through a single, integrated digital platform.

Advanced analytics, automation and globally consistent claims management are key features of Aon Claims Copilot, Aon said in a media statement.

“The new platform supports every stage of the claim’s lifecycle— from advocacy and negotiation to analytics and resolution,” Aon said.

Aon Claims Copilot gives clients access to claims analytics. In addition, with Aon Claims Copilot, 1,800 Aon claims professionals will be able to deliver faster, more effective claims outcomes by using advanced digital tools across more than 20 product lines in over 50 countries.

Importantly, the AI-driven capabilities enable global consistency, data-led performance evaluation, and tailored insight to support each client’s risk and capital strategy, Aon said, listing carrier performance evaluation and other key features, listed below.

  • Carrier Performance Evaluation. Data-driven feedback on claim closure efficiency and outcomes.
  • Analytics & Risk Insights. Real-time dashboards and analytics giving visibility into claims trends, portfolio performance, and carrier responsiveness.
  • Client transparency. Ability for clients to securely track claim progress and status through a dedicated portal.
  • Process optimization. Automated claim intake and documentation to improve speed and accuracy.

Aon Claims Copilot “creates a powerful feedback loop with our brokers, ensuring we place business with carriers that consistently deliver the best results.” said Mona Barnes, Global Chief Claims Officer for Commercial Risk at Aon, in a media statement.

Joe Peiser, CEO of Commercial Risk at Aon said the platform “represents a major step forward in Aon’s commitment to deliver better information, advice and solutions to clients through technology.”

“It empowers our professionals to turn insight into action, helping clients achieve faster claims resolution, maximize recoveries, and make better informed risk and coverage decisions,” Peiser added.

The launch of Aon Claims Copilot follows Aon’s recent technology innovations including AI-powered Aon Broker Copilot and the firm’s Risk Analyzers, underscoring the firm’s continued investment in technology that enhances decision-making and resilience in an increasingly volatile world.
