Chubb has started marketing a product designed to streamline absence management and workplace benefits for mid-size to large employers.
Dubbed Chubb WorkInsight, the product is available through the insurer’s Workplace Benefits division.
According to Chubb’s, the product is designed to help employers proactively track and manage workers’ compensation; Family Medical Leave Act; company specific leaves; short-term disability; and accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity programs. Key benefits include:

- A customized approach tailored to an employer’s specific needs to drive better efficiency and consistency in managing leaves.
- A simplified reporting process that allows employers and employees to report all claims and requests for leave in one place.

This collaborative effort blends ADT’s professional monitoring service for intrusion, smoke, carbon monoxide, and flood detection with Branch’s instant-pricing model to create quicker, easier, and more affordable insurance for those who protect their home with ADT, according to the companies’ joint announcement.
Through this partnership, current and prospective ADT smart home security customers may save up to 29 ercent on premiums when they purchase their home or car insurance with Branch.
