The Hanover Insurance Group is expanding its partnership with Carpe Data with a focus on further improvements in claims processing efficiencies across more injury claims.
Their joint arrangement involves ClaimsX, Carpe Data’s claims monitoring product, which leverages publicly-available web data for real-time assessment and decision making, from first notice of loss to resolution.
Right now, ClaimsX uses highly predictive online content to alert The Hanover of claims that need attention from a claims adjuster. The Hanover has expanded use of the product to monitor open injury claims across more lines of business,
