The Hanover Insurance Group is expanding its partnership with Carpe Data with a focus on further improvements in claims processing efficiencies across more injury claims.

Their joint arrangement involves ClaimsX, Carpe Data’s claims monitoring product, which leverages publicly-available web data for real-time assessment and decision making, from first notice of loss to resolution.

Right now, ClaimsX uses highly predictive online content to alert The Hanover of claims that need attention from a claims adjuster. The Hanover has expanded use of the product to monitor open injury claims across more lines of business,

Plans call for integrating Save Drive Systems’ technology and services for commercial auto safety into the AXA XL Construction Ecosystem platform for clients trying to reduce their auto-risk exposure on the road.

AXA XL’s Construction Ecosystem is an integrated digital platform that uses aggregated industry data along with construction technologies to give clients insights and benchmarks that help manage risks on jobsites and in their organizations. Safe Drive Systems will be one of AXA XL’s preferred technology partners provided by the platform for clients.
