Carrier Management spoke to talent development executives at five insurance companies—including a life insurer—to get a broad view of the strategies.


MetLife takes a “holistic” approach to managing its leaders and future leaders, said David Henderson, executive vice president and chief talent officer. “We tend to look at it as an end-to-end process within talent management,” Henderson said.
