Liberty Mutual disclosed three new executive appointments within its Commercial Insurance strategic business unit.

Mike Fallon was named president of National Insurance, which helps large and specialized businesses solve complex risk management challenges. He’s been with Liberty-Mutual-logo-200x50Liberty Mutual since 1993 and was most recently chief financial officer, Commercial Insurance.

Steve McAnena is now president, Business Insurance, which serves small and mid-size accounts. A Liberty Mutual veteran going back to 1993, he was most recently president, Liberty Mutual Benefits.

Tracy Ryan has been appointed chief claims officer. She was most recently chief product officer, Commercial Insurance, and joined Liberty Mutual in 1994.

JLT Re appointed Swiss Re executive Francesca Marc-Antonio as its new global head of Client two business men one woman leaders executives womenRelationship Management.

In her new role, Marc-Antonio will become a member of the JLT Re Global Executive Committee. She’ll focus on working with her senior colleagues to coordinate relationships and service offerings with JLT Re’s global and national clients.

At Swiss Re, Marc-Antonio was senior vice president, head of U.S. P&C Broker Marketing and head of the Global Broker Group, where she helped foster the ongoing strategic development and monitoring of Swiss Re’s relationships and growth with Global brokers.

Marc-Antonio will join JLT Re as soon she finishes her contractual obligations with Swiss Re. She’ll be based in New York and report to Mike Reynolds, global CEO of JLT Re (part of the Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc).

Aon Benfield, the global reinsurance arm and capital advisor of Aon plc, made three new executive leader top of stairs resizeappointments in its Chile reinsurance division.

Martin Soto Quintus is now CEO of Aon Benfield Chile. He’ll report to Alejandro Galizia, CEO of Aon Benfield Latin America. In his new role, Soto Quintos will focus, in part, on developing and implementing the firm’s growth strategy in Chile. Over 30 years, Soto Quintos has developed reinsurance and retail broking experience for companies including Berkley International and Swiss Re America.

Roberto Molina has been named treaty director for Aon Benfield Chile. In this role, he’ll continue to develop a Chile-wide strategy for the firm’s treaty business and launch innovate products for clients. The 18-year industry veteran joined Aon Benfield in 2011, and was most recently treaty manager for Aon Benfield Chile.

Miguel Pizarro will be operations and client services director of Aon Benfield Chile. For this job, he’ll be tasked with leading the firm’s local Client Services Claims Department, and also the Innovation and Product Development unit. Pizarro joined Aon Benfield Chile in 2010 as a special lines director. He has more than 22 years of insurance industry experience.
