John Lupica, vice chairman of Chubb Group and executive chair of North America Insurance, is retiring at the end of the year.
John Keogh, president and chief operating officer of Chubb Group, will add the additional role of chair of North America Insurance to his resume, said Chubb Ltd.

Lupica was named executive chair of Chubb’s North America general insurance business in July, with executive oversight of strategy, governance and attention to major issues, of the business in North America. He was one of several executive leadership changes in the North America general insurance business.
Lupica was part of ACE when it acquired Chubb in 2015. He started at ACE in 2000.
“John has been a long-time trusted partner in our journey to build Chubb into the company it is today,” said Evan G.
