Chubb has licensed Duck Creek Technology software products for use in all of its global business units.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Chubb Chief Information Officer Monique Shivanandan said that the agreement helps with its traditional business lines and also its ongoing focus on more digital products and services.
“With operations in 54 countries and territories, Chubb values [products] that are global, scalable and able to support both our traditional business lines as well as digital initiatives,” said Shivanandan. “Chubb utilizes Duck Creek solutions to support several businesses, including offerings for the small commercial marketplace in North America and claims-related technology in the company’s international travel and accident and health insurance businesses.
