Allianz Group will start selling property/casualty insurance in several Central and Eastern European markets, thanks to a new distribution agreement. ISO is now offering a new home healthcare program that provides coverage and ratings for insurers covering the home healthcare market.
Allianz Group has gained a new distribution channel in Central and Eastern Europe through a long-term cooperation agreement with UniCredit, a banking and financial services company.
The agreement, set to start gradually in 2018, allows UniCredit to exclusively partner with Allianz to give its customers access to life, property and casualty insurance in Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia and Slovakia.
The partnership combines UniCredit’s strong banking franchise with Allianz’s deep insurance expertise. UniCredit customers will have easy access to Allianz’s insurance products through UniCredit’s extensive branch network and digital platforms. The local market partnerships will be gradually implemented in compliance with all local regulations.
ISO, a Verisk-owned business, launched a new home healthcare program that provides coverage and ratings for insurers covering the home healthcare market.
The ISO program features professional and general liability coverages and includes optional endorsements for several critical exposures, such as allegations of abuse or molestation, employment-related practices liability, home healthcare equipment, and theft of patient or client property. It also offers 31 separate classes for the most common home healthcare professions, from home health aides to registered nurses.
ISO provides statistical, actuarial, underwriting and claims information and analytics; compliance and fraud identification tools; policy language; information about specific locations; and technical services for the commercial and personal lines of insurance. ISO serves insurers, reinsurers, agents and brokers, insurance regulators, risk managers, and other participants in the property/casualty insurance marketplace.
