Richard Dziadzio has been appointed chief financial officer for QBE North America. Dziadzio, who has 25 years experience in the international insurance and finance sectors, will assume his new role in August.

From 1994 to 2012, Dziadzio held a number of positions at AXA Group, including chief financial officer, senior executive vice president for AXA Equitable Life Insurance and AXA Financial from 2007 to 2012.

After leaving AXA in 2012, Dziadzio for the past year served as chief financial officer for ANV, a global specialty insurance company with offices in the U.S. and Europe.

QBE’s North America operations, headquartered in New York, conducts business through various property/ casualty insurance subsidiaries.
