Ken Carter, MAOL, CPCU, is the chief risk officer and chief claims officer for Concert Group, a hybrid fronting and specialty program insurer. Carter has 36 years of experience managing all aspects of multiline claims operations. Prior to joining the Concert leadership team, he held various management positions at Merchants Insurance Group, including senior claims officer, senior corporate casualty manager and litigation manager. Carter began his insurance career at Allstate as an adjuster trainee, subsequently rising to the level of casualty claim manager. Carter has engaged extensively with claims and legal professional associations as a trainer, speaker and contributor to industry publications.
