Duck Creek Technologies and Mindtree are developing improved customer experience processes for UPC Insurance. Travelers released a revamped mobile app for personal insurance customers.
Mindtree and Duck Creek Technologies are working with UPC Insurance in Florida to improve customer experience for its customers via Saas-based core systems.
Mindtree is a digital transformation and technology services company, and Duck Creek provides core system products and services for the P/C and General insurance industry. UPC Insurance is a specialty underwriter of catastrophe exposed property insurance in the coastal U.S. for personal and commercial properties.
The extent of the partnership includes policy, billing, claims, data insights, and insurance technology products plus the consolidation of multiple applications on a single integrated platform. Duck Creek OnDemand, an SaaS product for the P/C insurance industry, will help make the improvements happen.
Travelers released what it bills as a “new and reimagined” MyTravelers app – the company’s mobile app for personal insurance customers.
MyTravelers, which already provides 24-hour access to information and services that help users efficiently manage their policies, now offers new and redesigned features that allow customers to:
- Request roadside assistance and track the driver when help is on the way.
- Download auto insurance ID cards.
- Upload photos of a damaged home, car or boat to help expedite claims.
- Receive real-time notifications on billing and claim status updates.
- Make policy payments.
- Evaluate coverage options and make policy changes.
The newest version of the app is available as a free download by simply searching “Travelers Mobile” in the Apple App Store or Google Play. Customers already using the MyTravelers app will be able to update it using their current login information.
