Everest Insurance hired a new Head of Casualty Claims. Hiscox promoted an executive to Group Chief Marketing Officer.

Everest Insurance hired Louis Manger as Head of Casualty Claims.

In this role Manger will lead all facets of Casualty claims, including all direct-handled and TPA-administered claims. He will be based in Liberty Corner, NJ.

Previously, Manger was at Blackboard Insurance where he served as Chief Claims Officer. Before that, Manger worked at Turner Construction as Regional Claim Director for the Northeast Region. He was also a vice president at AIG, managing claims teams in the Complex Casualty Claims unit.

Manger succeeds former Head of Casualty Claims Dennis Gildea, who is transitioning to the newly-created role of Vice President, Claims – Coverage.

Specialist global insurer, Hiscox promoted Russ Findlay to Group Chief Marketing Officer.

Findlay has been with Hiscox since 2013, and most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer for Hiscox USA. During his tenure, he has been at the forefront of several award-winning marketing campaigns, including Hiscox’s Encourage Courage brand platform, and in 2018 was named Marketer of the Year by the Association of National Advertisers.

In his new role, Findlay will lead a 125-person global marketing team and be responsible for Hiscox’s global marketing and brand-building activity, with a particular focus on its key retail markets across the UK, mainland Europe and the USA. He will report to Ben Walter, Chief Executive Officer of Hiscox Global Retail, and succeed Steve Langan, who will now focus solely on his role as Chief Executive Officer of Hiscox USA.

Before joining Hiscox, Findlay served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for IHOP, Chief Marketing Officer for Major League Soccer and Vice President of Marketing for PepsiCo.
