Everest Insurance and another company are partnering on updated cover for smaller law firms. Nationwide will debut a new online three-part video series developed with a partner to help strength growth plans of small businesses.

Everest Insurance and Embroker are partnering on a new online Lawyers’ Professional Liability program for law firms with up to 10 employed attorneys.

Everest’s Lawyers’ Professional Liability policy, by way of Embroker’s digitized platform, is offering a number of coverage enhancements currently available in 31 states, with expanded availability in 2020. The addition of this program will expand and complement Everest’s existing Lawyers’ Professional Liability offering for larger firms and reflects the organization’s commitment to continued expansion in select target markets.

Brian Drum, senior vice president and head of Everest Underwriting Partners, said in prepared remarks that Embroker’s digital abilities in the marketplace will help it better serve its “smaller law firm policyholders, maximizing the efficiency of their professional liability insurance buying experience.”

Nationwide is linking with the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) on a new online three-part video series designed to strengthen the operations and growth of small businesses.

The Nationwide Business Solutions Series includes an e-workbook to give participants the opportunity to develop a custom execution plan to grow their businesses.

Launching in January, the Business Solutions Series will help teach small business owners how to leverage social media to drive sales, develop an annual plan and learn how to assess the value and growth potential of the business. Through the Business Solutions Series, business owners will get valuable insights from successful experts and entrepreneurs.
