Earlier this month, Advisen Ltd., a provider of data, media, and technology solutions for the commercial property/casualty insurance market, announced that Dr. Ron Adiel will be the new chief executive officer of the company. Advisen’s former CEO, Bill Keogh, stepped down chairman and CEO.

Also, as part of a new leadership structure, Jeffrey M. Cohen was appointed president, and James Willison, who is managing director of Advisen’s wholly owned subsidiary, Web Connectivity Limited (WCL), assumed an additional role as executive vice president of Advisen.

Adiel joined Advisen in February 2018 as chief operating officer and head of data division. Prior to that, his worked in data science, analytics and strategy leadership roles at AIG, Guy Carpenter, and Time Inc.

Cohen joined Advisen in 2003, and has served in various sales and marketing leadership roles within Advisen’s data and media divisions—most recently as EVP, Global Business Development. As President, he will lead Advisen’s client expansion initiatives and commercial partnerships, managing all client-facing as well as media and marketing resources.

Willison joined Web Connectivity in 2006, where he now oversees the global business as managing director. As EVP, he will seek to enhance the synergies between WCL, data and media under the broader Advisen umbrella.

Adiel and Cohen are based in Advisen’s New York office; Willison is based in Web Connectivity’s London office.
