Liability ConceptMarsh has started marketing a new panel counsel endorsement designed to give asset management clients facing professional and management liability claims easy access to optional, pre-approved defense counsel.

Dubbed the Marsh Asset Management Liability Insurance Panel, the product includes 20 of the nation’s top asset management law firms, all pre-approved by underwriters on whose professional and management liability policies the panel list will be endorsed.

By launching the new panel counsel initiative, the hope is to promote more collaboration between Marsh, its clients, insurers and law firms in terms of legal counsel, business risk and insurance consideration.
