Nathaniel Wienecke, PCI’s senior vice president, federal government relations, said his association’s priority list reflects a largely bipartisan legislative agenda. During PCI’s recent 2015 annual meeting in Hollywood, Fla., Weinecke explained to Carrier Management why he’s not concerned about congressional gridlock, and what’s on PCI’s broader federal legislative plate.
