OneBeacon Insurance Group brought on Kevin Koehler to lead its new Financial Institutions business unit.
As president of the division, Koehler will lead a specialty team focused on professional liability, management liability and fidelity coverages for all classes of financial institutions. These clients will include money center banks, insurance companies, asset management, security broker dealers/captive agents, real estate investment trusts, venture capital/private equity and insurance agents/brokers.
Koehler has more than 22 years of professional liability experience with a focus on financial institutions. He most recently served as vice president of this segment for Everest National Insurance Company, and served in various roles before that at AIG’s Financial Institutions Professional Liability Group.
Koehler will report to John Iannotti, president of professional liability at OneBeacon.
Arch Insurance Group hired Mark Lange as senior vice president of P/C programs.
Lange will handle managing and growing the P/C programs business and expanding Arch Insurance Group’s capabilities in the middle market and small commercial spheres.
Lange comes to Arch from Dowling Capital Partners, where he managed private equity portfolio investments, and served as a board member for several agents and MGAs. Before Dowling, he also held a number of executive positions at The Hartford.

ProSight Specialty Insurance appointed Andreas Graham as the Niche President for Marine and Energy. Graham joins ProSight from ACE Group, where he led the Energy Segment for Excess Casualty for the last ten years.
Before joining ACE, Graham worked for three years at AIG and seven at Lloyd’s of London as Marine and Energy Liability Underwriter for the Hiscox Syndicate 33.
Previously, Jiménez served as executive managing director of Mapfre Assistance in Americas, Europe, Asia and the Pacific. Before this, he held a number of high profile leadership roles at Mapfre Columbia and Latin America.
Jiménez has reinsurance/insurance industry experience going back 25 years. In his new role, he’ll report to Alejandro Galizia, CEO of Aon Benfield Latin America.
JLT Specialty USA announced the appointment of Andrew Hersh as senior vice president.
Hersh comes to JLT Specialty USA from Aon, where was also a senior vice president with account executive responsibilities. In this capacity at Aon, Hersh served as the outsourced risk manager for Warner Music Group and managed a diversified client base.
Hersh will be based in JLT’s New York office where his primary focus will be supporting the financial and operational objectives of clients, providing risk financing and risk consulting solutions that mitigate and transfer risk.
Hersh is a member of the think tank Business Executives for National Security where he serves on the Cyber & Tech committee. Most recently he worked with U.S. cyber security and defense experts, in cooperation with U.S. European Command and the U.S. Embassy in Moldova, to support the nation’s cyber security objectives.
