Those may not be the most logical steps on the career path to president and chief executive officer of a property/casualty insurance organization. But Steven Johnston, who was barely over the age of 50 when he took the reins of Cincinnati Financial back in 2011, says neither his young age nor his background obstructed his road to the C-suite.
