The Zebra, an insurance comparison and buying platform, announced that it will offer agent-to-agent integration with AI personal assistant Muse, designed to eliminate repetitive data entry in the insurance buying process.
The Zebra’s agent-to-agent integration with Muse will extract relevant policy details and declaration pages directly from connected user documents and hand them off to The Zebra’s agent harness.
The integration will also extend beyond one-time insurance shopping. Consumers can ask their AI assistant to enroll them in The Zebra’s automatic shopping feature, which monitors carrier rates daily and alerts customers when potential savings become available.
Information transferred between a personal AI assistant and The Zebra is not shared with insurance carriers unless the consumer actively selects and interacts with a specific carrier offer on The Zebra’s site. As designed, AI agents using The Zebra’s Connector communicate behind the scenes with its data harness, without triggering visual advertisements or carrier placements.

Sigo Seguros, a licensed insurance agency built for Hispanic and working-class families, announced its expansion into commercial auto insurance, starting in Texas on October 1, 2026.
Contractors, delivery drivers, and other business owners who work from their trucks and vans can now request a quote on Sigo Seguros’ website. A licensed Sigo Seguros agent will help them understand their options and compare coverage from multiple carriers.
All quotes are subject to underwriting, eligibility, and state filing. Sigo Seguros is an insurance agency, not an insurance company. Policies are issued by the carriers Sigo Seguros represents. Texas is the first state. Sigo Seguros plans to expand commercial auto to additional states soon.

Applied Systems announced Epic Conductor at Applied Net 2026, a new AI platform built natively into Applied Epic.
Natural language search finds information across records, documents and activities, Epic reads policy and new business data straight from carrier documents, and policy checking and quote comparison catch a wrong limit or missing endorsement while it’s still correctable. Certificates also draft themselves from live policy and endorsement data, pending approval before issuance.
One carrier document automatically generates the policy, transaction, and invoice, all booked to the agency’s correct branch and profit center. Epic pulls commission statements from carrier portals on schedule, and Epic generates premium finance agreements from carrier quotes.
Every marketed submission lives in one view in Epic, with status, checklists, and quotes by carrier. ACORD applications fill themselves in from submission documents, and renewal quote requests draw on data Epic already holds, go out to each carrier in its required format, and return inside Epic.
