They are:

3. Control of Hazardous Energy (lockout/tagout) – 1863
4. Scaffolding, construction – 1725
5. Ladders, construction – 1659
6. Respiratory Protection, general industry – 1608
7. Powered Industrial Trucks, general industry – 1379
8. Fall Protection Training, construction – 1273
9. Eye and Face Protection, construction – 1120
10. Machine Guarding, general industry – 1072

The list provides insight into the preventable injuries, illnesses, and deaths related to these workplace hazards.
