The collaboration will allow clients to implement INSTANDA’s distribution and policy administration platform while benefiting from underwriting automation through UnderwriteMe across international markets.

ZestyAI, a provider of climate and property risk analytics solutions powered by artificial intelligence, announced an agreement with South Carolina Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company.

This agreement will leverage ZestyAI’s advanced property analytics solutions to optimize the inspection process for SCFBMIC and accurately assess property risk. SCFBMIC will be utilizing ZestyAI’s property risk analytics, including Digital Roof and Location Insights products, which use computer vision and machine learning to extract insights from aerial and satellite imagery, tax assessments, building permits, and infrastructure data, among other unique data sources, for more than 150 million residential and commercial properties.

Kingstone Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Kingstone Companies Inc., a Northeast regional property and casualty insurance holding company, announced that it has partnered with Zojacks, a technology company specializing in water leak detection solutions.

The partnership aims to offer enhanced protection to Kingstone policyholders, providing a solution to assist them in protecting their homes and mitigating risks associated with water-related claims.

Zojacks offers technology that can monitor temperature and provide water leak detection, which will shut off the main water supply in the house. Through this partnership, Kingstone policyholders can benefit from cost-saving product packages offered by Zojacks and can also qualify for insurance policy discounts when the Zojacks technology is installed in their homes.

As per the partnership agreement, Zojacks will oversee the execution process while Kingstone will provide benefits to its policyholders. Homeowners will receive guidance on how to use the solution through a dedicated mobile app, which will facilitate monitoring and management of potential water leaks.
