Xceedance said its new operations center in Poland is open for business.
The property/casualty insurance technology, analytics and consulting services provider said the facility is designed to help support clients for underwriting, policy and claims management, credit control, and finance and accounting services.
Previously, the company opened its North America headquarters in Boston, and in November launched an office in London designed to serve clients in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Excluding Poland, Xceedance employs 750 people around the world. A spokesperson told Carrier management that the company is “committed to a long-term presence in Poland,” and that operations there in the city of Krakow will eventually accommodate 15-20 percent of its global workforce.
Xceedance also named Marek Kaszczyc as vice president, country manager – Poland. Previously, he was head of the Aon Business Centre in Krakow.
