Aspen U.S. Insurance, part of the insurance segment of Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd., has appointed Gary Windsor as senior vice president of Energy and Construction.

Windsor will be responsible for Aspen U.S. Insurance’s on-shore energy expansion into Latin America to support the growing demand for energy risk expertise throughout the region.

He will report to Tony Carroll, executive vice president of Marine, Energy and Construction.

Windsor brings 35 years of experience to Aspen, having previously held senior underwriting positions at Liberty International and CIGNA/AFIA.
