Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, a global firm that provides a wide range of information services to insurers and financial institutions, has become the fifth vendor participating in the AAISalliance.

The AAISalliance is an arrangement of information providers that make their services available at favorable pricing for member insurance companies of the American Association of Insurance Services, a national advisory organization that develops policy forms and rating information used by more than 700 property/casualty companies throughout the U.S.

“The companies participating in our alliance allow each of our individual member companies to access critical services with the purchasing power of our collective membership,” says Rick Maka, AAIS director of marketing and strategic alliances and the principal developer of the AAISalliance.

“Wolters Kluwer has long been the official provider of printed forms to AAIS member companies, and now we welcome their offering of expanded service,” Maka says.

Wolters Kluwer Financial Services offers 30 different modules from its AuthenticWeb solution designed to help companies proactively establish workflow processes that are compliant with applicable regulations. The first of the AuthenticWeb forms modules to be offered through the AAISalliance will provide access to compliant forms and the research tool for the regulatory requirements of the rejection of uninsured/underinsured motorists coverage.

Wolters Kluwer joins four other organizations that have been in the alliance for several years:

  • e2Value, which provides online property valuation applications.
  • CoreLogic RiskMeter, which provides online risk hazard mapping.
  • MarketStance, which provides data on dozens of commercial markets.
  • Overland Solutions Inc., which develops underwriting surveys and other risk assessment tools.
