Guy Carpenter on Friday announced that John P. “Jay” Woods III has joined the firm as co-chairman of the recently formed Mutual Company Specialty Practice.
Woods joins Guy Carpenter from Towers Watson, where he was formerly the managing director of North American Brokerage. Prior to that, Woods was president of John P. Woods Co. Inc.
Woods will be based in New York and work with John Haldeman II, the other co-chairman of the practice.
