Chicago-based Jacobson Group, which provides recruits to the insurance industry, and ejsSearch – the London-based insurance executive search firm specializing in assignments in London and broader European and international markets — have completed their merger agreement.
The two firms said they have been collaborating since 2008 to deliver “an integrated, cross-border solution.”
Gregory (Greg) P. Jacobson, co-chief executive officer of The Jacobson Group, said the partnership gives clients wherever they are in the world a “one-team approach to their critical searches.”
Barbara Schönhofer, chief executive of ejsSearch, will serve as part of Jacobson’s executive management team as senior vice president and chief executive officer, executive search.
Greg Jacobson and Richard L. Jacobson will serve as co-chief executive officers. Margaret Resce Milkint will maintain her position as managing partner.
