Vikas Wadhera is senior vice president Catastrophe & Exposure Management at the tech solutions company Xceedance. With more than 27 years of experience in catastrophe modeling, actuarial analytics, and large-scale risk analytics operations, Wadhera has extensive expertise in building and scaling global capability centers. Before joining Xceedance, he served as senior vice president and head of Knowledge Services at Guy Carpenter, where he led global analytics and advisory teams supporting the firm’s broking operations. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at RMS (now Moody’s), helping institutionalize the adoption of catastrophe modeling and advanced analytics in strategic decision-making.
