Cotality, a property information, analytics, and workflow solutions provider, launched Cotality Supplement, a configurable workflow portal designed to streamline the property claims supplement process.
By uniting carriers and contractors on a single automated platform, Cotality Supplement replaces a manual workflow with a connected solution that aims to accelerate claims approvals.
As a fully customizable, white-label solution, the portal reduces administrative overhead while delivering real-time visibility into the operational drivers behind supplement costs. The Cotality Supplement portal provides contractors with a single location to upload estimates, photos, and permit documentation directly.
The platform automatically routes requests to the appropriate team and generates side-by-side variance reports showing what changed between the original and supplemental estimates—including additions, removals, and pricing changes. Integration with carrier estimating platforms supports low-touch processing for eligible supplements.

CoverForce, a commercial insurance distribution network in the U.S., launched the CoverForce Startup Program, giving early-stage founders the tools to launch a digitally-enabled commercial insurance brokerage.
The program combines preferred access to CoverForce’s more than 60 carrier integrations with vetted market access partners and educational resources built for founders new to the industry.
The program includes access to CoverForce’s quoting and binding infrastructure at pricing built for early-stage brokerages, scaling with application volume as a book of business grows. It also includes a single integration for real-time appetite, quoting, and binding across general liability, business owners policy, workers’ compensation, professional liability, and more.
CoverForce has partnered with Amwins DAIS to give program members access at preferred rates, so they can quote and bind through established appointments while pursuing their own over time.
The CoverForce Startup Program is open to applications. In this first phase, it is built for teams at the earliest stages — stealth, incubated, venture-backed, and accelerator-backed digital brokerages with newly formed books of business, as well as startups looking to add commercial insurance distribution to their existing offerings.
