Insurify Inc. announced that Giorgos Zacharia, former president of KAYAK, has joined its leadership team as co-CEO.

He will focus on innovation and marketing, and run the business alongside Insurify’s current CEO, Snejina Zacharia. The co-CEOs, who are also husband and wife, will share responsibility for the overall company, product vision and growth strategy.
A seasoned entrepreneur, Giorgos Zacharia has founded four startups and served as president, CTO and chief scientist at KAYAK.com for 17 years.
“With Giorgos stepping into this role, we are doubling down on our innovation-driven growth strategy, expanding our products, and enhancing our platform for consumers. His leadership and experience in scaling global marketplaces will be instrumental in our next phase of growth,” said Snejina Zacharia in a statement.

Arbella Insurance Group announced that CEO and Founder John Donohue will be retiring after 24 years as the company’s CEO. He will continue to serve as chairman of the board and CEO of the Arbella Insurance Foundation.
Donohue will be succeeded by Paul Brady, executive vice president and head of Claim at Arbella, effective June 1, 2025. Brady has been with the company for nearly 15 years across multiple roles, including chief information officer and SVP of Operations.

A statement from Donohue highlighted Brady’s “broad technical experience, exceptional client service skills and the ability to lead a highly engaged organization.” He added that Brady is a “cultural champion who strongly believes in empowering employees, giving back to the community and selling our products through independent agents.”
