Everest Re Group, Ltd., has appointed Don Good chief information security officer, effective immediately.
Reporting directly to Srini Maddineni, Everest’s Group chief information officer, he will be based in Warren, NJ.
Good will lead all aspects of Everest’s information security, overseeing programs, policies, and operations to safeguard the Company’s data, systems and digital assets.
With more than three decades of cybersecurity, fraud prevention and risk management experience across complex global technology environments, he is recognized as an expert in the field.
Most recently, he spent 21 years at the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), where he was most recently deputy assistant director of its Cyber Division, responsible for all national security and criminal cyber investigations as well as cyber threat intelligence.
Previously, Good supervised cybersecurity and fraud prevention teams at various financial and technology organizations including Ernst & Young, FTI Consulting, Citigroup and Navigant
