Alliant hired an executive from JLT Specialty USA to help expand the company’s reach in the northeastern United States.
Justin Riccio will be senior vice president, based in Albany, N.Y. Previously, he was senior vice president at JLT Specialty USA and had leadership roles at Amsure and Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., according to his LinkedIn page.
Riccio’s 20 years of experience spans claims, underwriting, brokerage, risk management and consulting.
Bob Bennetsen, executive vice president and senior vice president with Alliant, said that Riccio “will play a key role” in expanding Alliant’s reach in New York and throughout the northeastern United States.
Alliant, based in California, is a broker and managing general agent that provides products and services in areas including property/casualty, workers compensation, employee benefits, underwriting, surety, and financial products and services. National clients include public entities, tribal nations, healthcare, energy and marine, law firms, real estate, construction, financial institutions, agriculture, aviation, and environmental customers.
