Helen Andersen is an industry research analyst within the Research & Analytics Department of AM Best, a global credit rating agency with a focus on the insurance industry. Andersen is involved with the development of Best’s Special Reports, Best’s Market Segment Reports and Best’s Commentaries, which provide valuable information and insights on current trends and issues within the property/casualty insurance industry and incorporate AM Best’s exclusive research and analysis. Andersen joined AM Best in 2019 after graduating from Wellesley College with a bachelor’s degree in economics. She completed her Associate in Risk Management certification in 2021.
