Des Bishop is the Group Head of People Development at Hiscox, where he is responsible for all Sales, Technical, Behavioral and Leadership development across the Hiscox Group. Bishop has successfully delivered across a range of HRD roles in FTSE 100 financial service companies, from large international insurers through to multisite contact centers. His expertise is centered on sales development and both organizational & leadership development. Bishop has been with Hiscox since 2005 and holds an MSc from the University of Leicester and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
