Brandon Cagnon is Vice President, Customer Experience for American Modern, a Munich Re Company. Cagnon leads the effort to build human-centricity at American Modern, ensuring the creation of experiences that meet and exceed customer and distribution partner needs while equipping American Modern to live out its purpose of helping everyday Americans live one-of-a-kind lives. Before joining American Modern in 2018, he worked in multiple industries (including automotive, consumer durables and insurance) and in numerous functions (including service, sales, operations and customer experience). He became a full-time CX professional in 2012 when he launched the CX function at Bosch Automotive Service Solutions’ North American tools group.
