Mark Watson is Chief Executive Officer of Argo Group, a position he took in 2000. Prior to joining the company, he was one of two founding partners of Aquila Capital Partners, a venture-capital firm based in San Antonio. Watson is still an active investor in growth-oriented companies. In 2016, he was named Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Transformational CEO for the Central Texas Region.
