Kimberly Holmes, ACAS, MAAA, CSPA, leads XL Catlin’s global strategic analytics team, which is responsible for the development and implementation of leading-edge analytical decision tools across the company. Prior to joining XL Catlin in 2010, she was Chief Actuary of Endurance Risk Solutions. Holmes is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society, a Certified Specialist in Predictive Analytics and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
