Oregon’s Workers’ Compensation Division of the Department of Consumer and Business Services received notification of 35 compensable fatalities in 2018. The 2018 compensable fatality characteristics brochure is now available with information on the event of injury, source of injury, occupation, industry, tenure and other claimant characteristics.
