Andrea Wells (Host)

Erika Nelson – Erika Nelson is a vice president and manager in the North American Claims Group of Allied World. Erika is responsible for managing the Allied World Cyber Claims Team, and also handles a variety of E&O claims with a focus on high exposure cyber matters. In addition, Erika handles high exposure insurance agent and broker claims and insurance company bad faith claims. Prior to joining Allied World, Erika practiced law at two Connecticut law firms. She graduated with a B.A in Economics from Drew University in Madison, NJ and obtained her J.D. from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, where she was a member of the International and Comparative Law Review.


Colleen M. Murphy –
As a leader of Goldberg Segalla’s insurance regulatory team, Colleen M. Murphy taps into her deep insurance regulatory experience to successfully handle domestic and international insurance and reinsurance regulatory issues and transactions. Her practice includes representing insurers, insurance agents and brokers, excess and surplus lines brokers, third party administrators, and independent adjusters in insurance regulatory and licensing matters as well as consumer complaints in state insurance departments, and in E&O litigation nationwide. Colleen has represented hundreds of agents and brokers in complex matters, and brings a keen understanding of their business concerns, the regulatory climate, errors and omissions risks, and the contractual agreements and relationships with their carriers and insureds.
