Chubb Limited has appointed Darryl Page as vice president, Chubb Group and chief culture officer, succeeding Ivy Kusinga. In this role, he will oversee Chubb’s culture and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategy.
Page, who returns to Chubb after retiring in July 2022, will report to John Keogh, president and chief operating officer, and Jo Ann Rabitz, senior vice president, Chubb Group and global human resources officer.
Page most recently led Chubb’s International Personal Lines business. Before joining Chubb, he was president of Personal Insurance at Fireman’s Fund in the U.S. and spent time at Allstate, including serving as chairman of Allstate Canada.
The appointment is effective Jan. 9, 2023.

Westfield Specialty announced that Robert Looney will be joining the company as executive vice president and chief financial officer.
He will report to Jack Kuhn, president, Westfield Specialty.
Looney joins Westfield after 12 years at AXIS Capital, where he was most recently chief financial officer and COO of AXIS Re. Prior to joining AXIS, he held senior positions in investment banking and qualified as a CPA while working at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he focused on providing business assurance services to the firm’s insurance and reinsurance clients.
“Rob is a high-impact finance executive who brings a compelling blend of strategic finance and insurance experience, well-honed operating skills and leadership abilities,” Kuhn said in a statement. “He will be a strong partner as we continue to grow our platform to position Westfield Specialty for sustainable, long-term growth and profitability.”

Branch has hired Pratiksha Patel as its first chief people officer.
Patel most recently served as senior VP of People at CB Insights, where she counseled leaders on change management, built a data-driven talent acquisition function, and embedded values-driven, equitable and inclusive practices into People programs. She has also served as a talent expert for McKinsey & Company to transform and improve customer outcomes, organizational velocity and talent engagement. In addition, she serves as an advisor to PeopleTech Partners, an early-stage advisory and investment group that leverages the insights of current People leaders operating in top-tier businesses to accelerate the growth of companies in their portfolio.
