Client Experience Platform GloveBox Raises $5.5M in Series A Funding

July 6, 2022

GloveBox, a client experience platform for insurance agents and carriers, announced that it has raised $5.5 million in Series A funding led by Panoramic Ventures with follow-on participation from Heffernan Insurance Brokers and an insurance carrier.

The Denver, Colo.-based InsurTech serves as a client experience platform to independent agents and carriers with a branded self-service mobile app and web portal. Founded in 2019, it aims to simplify insurance policy access for consumers by aggregating policy documents, regardless of carrier, in one centralized location. The founders are made up of former insurance professionals.

“We began this journey a few years ago with a clear goal of making the customer experience in the independent channel significantly better,” said GloveBox CEO Ryan Mathisen in the release. “As former agency principals, our leadership team has lived firsthand the problems that are being solved by our platform.”

This latest round brings GloveBox’s total funding to more than $10 million. The company will use the added capital to continue to build out its technology capabilities, which focus on helping the independent insurance industry attract and retain business, according to a company press release.
