Chubb enhanced one of its signature digital platforms with new capabilities for client and broker users. Berkshire Hathaway ‘s GUARD Insurance Companies added Michigan to the list of states where the insurer offers its Commercial Package Policy.

Chubb said it has beefed up its digital Worldview platform, providing brokers and insureds with a streamlined process for efficiently managing all of their multinational insurance needs.
Through these new capabilities within Worldview, customers can now submit certificate requests online and receive same day turnaround for select countries and products.
These enhancements and capabilities are available to all U.S.-based insureds and brokers who have a multinational program with Chubb.
Worldview is billed as an easy-to-use web-based platform that provides real-time access to Chubb’s systems and expertise in one application, and it is available exclusively to Chubb clients and brokers.

Berkshire Hathaway ‘s GUARD Insurance Companies recently announced it added Michigan to the list of states where the insurer offers its Commercial Package Policy.
The policy is designed to provide cover for manufacturing and many other industries in Michigan.
The product includes Commercial Property featuring limits up to $120 million per location with an enhanced causes of loss form, including built-in equipment breakdown and inland marine coverages as well as crime coverage; General Liability with base limits of $1 million to $6 million, with even higher limits considered; Employment-Related Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI); and Commercial Umbrella for added protection.
Michigan is the third state where GUARD’s Commercial Package is available, after rollouts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Availability in more states is expected soon. Initial target markets include light-to-medium manufacturing, wholesalers and distributors, large offices/habitational buildings, truck stops/travel plazas, resort hotels, and country clubs/golf courses.
Discounts are available when seeking quotes for two or more additional applicable lines, like Worker’s Compensation or Commercial Auto.
