According to The Center for Creative Leadership, greater manager engagement is one way to boost employee engagement because it can help a team feel energized and more connected to their boss. It also helps build trust and loyalty, the CCL’s recent blog posting noted.

It turns out there are a few simple ways to accomplish this.

“To increase manager engagement, frontline leaders can provide routine coaching, development and feedback,” the blog posting noted.
